• 🏨 Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong & Niseko Park Hyatt — Designer wanted the Mirror TV to vanish. Screen off, it's gotta read as a mirror 🪞. Go-to fix is a one-way mirror. Catch is, the tint is brutal for makeup 💄. We didn't want to let them down. So we flipped it: traditional silver mirror for natural color, then layered a one-way panel over just the screen cutout. Power down, that zone reads as mirror. No compromise.
• 💡 Five-star designers keep hitting us with the same question: what's next for Mirror TV? Old playbook was a set-top box 📡. Nobody wants that anymore. Sure, newer smart mirrors ship with YouTube and Spotify 🎵. But no guest is logging into a hotel screen to manage a playlist. That's the problem we're solving in 2026 🚀 — a Mirror TV that's actually tuned to the guest, not the spec sheet.

• 🚨 August 2026. Emergency. A Central residential job — another vendor's smart mirrors failed spec. They asked us to step in. Three weeks. Every unit. Done.
• 🏢 SHK · Cullinan Harbour — Heated bathroom mirror. No independent switch. The sub's solution? Some generic RF switch with more limitations than features. We built a smart switch. With voice 🔊. From scratch.
• 🏠 Kowloon Development · Manor on the Hill — Construction phase. 1,556 units. Nobody specced a doorbell 🔔. Retrofitting meant threading through a dozen other trades. We dropped in the class's largest-screen electronic doorbell. Solved ✅.

PROBLEMS WE'VE SOLVED FOR CONSULTANTS

• 🏗 HSITP · HK Gov — The tender was simple: smart mirror connects to a Bluetooth speaker 🔊 for audio. Then, right before handover, we discover the speaker runs Google Assistant. It needs two-way comms. Standard smart mirror Bluetooth is one-way output only — no mic loopback. On top of that, the project's cybersecurity requirements were extreme 🔐. Whitelist. Blacklist. Strict enforcement. None of it in the original spec. Good thing the motherboard was ours 🛠, and the dev team was in-house. We pulled it back from the edge and delivered ✅.
• 🏋️ Same project — HSITP also needed 20 fitness mirrors. Back in 2022, Hong Kong still had a homegrown unicorn: KaraMirror. Then it folded 💀. The consultant asked us to step in. We flew to the mainland to audit the only remaining fitness mirror supplier. Assessment came back: unreliable ❌. So our Hong Kong team took the reins 🇭🇰, folded our in-house AR/VR concept into the smart mirror, and built what's now the Play Mirror 🪞.

• 💡 五星級酒店設計師成日問：Mirror TV 有咩新玩法？以往只係駁機頂盒 📡，就算新一代Smart MIrror裝咗 YouTube 同 Spotify 🎵，客人點會 登入公共設備，同埋 搞 playlist。所以體驗很差😡。2026年我哋 已經有方案🚀解決，讓 Mirror TV 變得更簡單、更體貼住客使用 (有視頻展示)
